We cannot take car fluids like oil and antifreeze, wet paint, herbicides and pesticides, fuels like gasoline, pressurized containers, bleach and cleaners, biohazard items or other hazardous materials, items in dangerous areas, or items too massive to lift safely.

Full-load pricing is $49 per cubic yard of standard weight debris, with a $149 minimum. For example, a truck filled with 10 cubic yards is $490. Jobs under 10 cubic yards use a special structure to cover mobilization. You get a free quote before we start.

Yes. Our crew looks at the job, gives you a free, no-obligation quote, and starts only after you approve it. There are no additional unexpected fees at checkout.

We are open seven days a week and offer same and next-day appointments. Same-day service is available Monday to Friday, so call for details. Expect us to show within the next two hours or so of your appointment, and we call when we are on the way.

Yes. We are a licensed demolition contractor (CSLB 1146828): decks, sheds, fences, gazebos, spas and hot tubs, bathrooms, kitchens and floor coverings. We load and haul the debris at the same time.

We recycle as much as possible. Usable furniture goes to charity thrift stores, and e-waste, appliances and mattresses are recycled locally. We can provide recycle tickets if you need them.

If the job runs past the man hours or payload tonnage of the truck, additional man hours are $65 each and additional weight is $140 per ton. A $40 environmental fee applies to general appliances and mattresses, and $60 to refrigerators.
