Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026.
This website is operated by Left Coast Hauling, 7172 Regional St, Ste 125, Dublin, CA 94568, phone 925-209-8367. It explains what information we collect when you visit this website, call or text us, or book an appointment.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book online, call or text, we receive details such as your name, phone number, email, address and a description of the job.
- Information collected automatically. Our site and our advertising and analytics partners may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, how you reached this website (for example the ad or search that brought you) and the time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
- Call and text records. We use a call tracking service. It records the phone number you called from, the time and length of the call, and which ad or page led you to call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Text messages you send to us are stored with your number.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you an estimate and schedule and complete your job.
- To follow up by phone, text or email about your request.
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve our advertising and this website.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our online booking and scheduling system, our call tracking service, and analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google). They may use it only to provide their services to us or as described in their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Online booking
The booking form on this website is provided by our scheduling software provider. Information you enter in it goes to that provider and to us.
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners use cookies and tags to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can limit cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
We may also use contact details you have given us, such as your email address and phone number, to show our ads to you and to people with similar interests on advertising platforms such as Google. These details are hashed before they are sent, so the platform can match them to its own accounts. To opt out, call 925-209-8367 or write to the address above.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop receiving texts from us.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law. To make a request, call 925-209-8367 or write to the address above.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and business needs. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
